Daily Themes & Journey:
Each day is a nurturing session that builds upon the last, towards nervous system regulation and centeredness.
You're encouraged to attend all five days to get the most out of the week; each 30-45 minute session is recorded if you can’t make it live.
Day 1: Foundations of Safety
Learn the foundations of your nervous system, and creating a sense of safety/safe enough feels like your body and environment, even during turbulent times. Learn grounding & orienting techniques for immediate centering, and enjoy a guided meditation.
Day 2: Recognizing & Responding
Understand how to listen to your body’s signals and respond to stress with awareness instead of reaction. Practice nervous system check-ins and explore how to expand your windows of tolerance, and enjoy a grounding guided meditation.
Day 3: Regulation Resources
Explore and anchor yourself in supportive resources. Experience a heart-centered meditation and learn the Sacred Pause technique to regulate in stressful moments. Join Wednesday's Q&A session to get your specific questions answered. (AM & PM options)
Day 4: Integration & Connection
Deepen your capacity for self-regulation, connection, and healthy boundaries. Explore a guided connection-based meditation and learn practical boundary-setting tools for emotional balance. Get curious about how to integrate the tools you've learned to use in the future.
Day 5: Sustainability & Moving Forward
Reflect on your progress and create a personalized roadmap for ongoing nervous system support. Contemplate daily rituals that promote long-term resilience. Join our additional Q&A session and hear more about ongoing resources to help you on your journey. Enjoy a guided meditation to close our week together.
Our Goal for the Week:
Before: You wake up already bracing for stress, feeling overwhelmed and anxious. You avoid the needs of your body until it screams.
After: You greet the day with calm and clarity, centered in your body and ready for what comes, you have a new awareness of your body that feels good.
Through this reset, you'll move away from feelings of anxiety and overwhelm to a foundation of inner stability and strengthen trust in your body's wisdom. You'll learn new foundations, tools, and resources, and connect with your internal resilience to support you through tough moments and seasons. Best of all, healing happens in community. This community provides not just practical support but also emotional validation, shared understanding, hope, and the profound reminder that we are not alone in our struggles.

This reset is designed to be both practical and sustainable. It's not about overwhelming you with information or complicated routines. Instead, you’ll learn simple, body-based tools to regulate your nervous system; tools you can use in real life, even during stressful moments.
You’ll also have the support of live guided sessions, a resource guide, and a mid-week Q&A to help you integrate the practices. The goal is to create small, manageable shifts that build resilience over time.

Each 30 minute daily session includes: a grounding practice & somatic awareness discussion, a 10ish-minute guided meditation (different each day!), and reflection prompt. An additional 10 mins for quick Q&A after practice is also available.
These practices are designed to fit into your daily life, helping you start your day feeling grounded. If you miss a day, you’ll have access to recordings and resources to catch up. -
This week is designed to meet you where you are. If you feel overwhelmed at any point, you can pause and come back if/when you're ready.
The techniques you'll learn, including grounding and regulation tools, are specifically meant to help you manage feelings of overwhelm.
Additionally, you’ll have access to live support during the mid-week Q&A session. Please note that this reset is not a substitute for medical attention, and Cassandra McCall is not a licensed therapist. All sessions are for educational purposes only.

Yes, but it's important to approach the week at your own pace. I am trained and certified, but am not a licensed therapist, nor is the week designed to support individuals from a therapeutic perspective.
Many of the practices are trauma-informed and focused on creating a sense of safety within your body. If at any point you feel triggered or dysregulated, you can leave the session. Listening to your body's needs is key. -
Yes, you’ll be able to access the recordings, meditations, and resources up to 5 days after the reset ends. This allows you to continue using the tools and build long-term support for your nervous system. If you would like ongoing support, I’d love to invite you into one of my group programs or 1:1 support.

I hear this all the time, so you’re not alone!
You might feel that meditation isn’t for you; perhaps you’ve tried sitting in silence before and found your mind racing, or maybe it just didn’t feel effective. That’s completely normal! Meditation doesn’t have to mean sitting in stillness for long periods or trying to "empty your mind." Even I’ve had difficulties and I’m a professional. ;)In this reset, you'll be guided through gentle, supportive meditations designed specifically to help regulate your nervous system. Guided meditation can feel easier because you’re not doing it on your own. Instead, you'll have step-by-step prompts to help you relax, connect with your body, and create a sense of safety. If you need to move, feel free to do that too! Listen to your body’s needs first.
Plus, these meditations are practical and grounded. They focus on simple tools like body scans, breath work, and visualization, making it easier to stay present and engaged. Even if you’ve struggled with meditation in the past, you may be surprised at how calming and accessible these sessions feel.

The intention and values for this 5 day Reset
The intention of this week is to offer you an accessible, embodied understanding of your nervous system and inner resources that feels true for you. This Reset is designed to meet you exactly where you are, to help you understand your own signals and your capacity, whether you are new to somatics, mindfulness and body-based awareness or not. Nervous system dysregulation doesn't happen in a vacuum; stress, trauma, and survival responses are shaped by oppressive systems we live inside — and healing has to account for that. This week starts from the belief that the tools to feel safe (or safe enough) and centered in your own body belong to everyone, not just those with access to expensive care.Our Values:
Safety. Everyone deserves to feel safe in their body and in this space. You know your body best. Nothing here asks you to push through, perform, or prove anything.
Trust. Your body already knows things, and you are already an expert in yourself. This week is about reconnecting and trusting yourself, your body, your intuition, and not overriding it.
Empowerment. You are already good enough. This week is to help you with additional tools, awareness, and agency.
Belonging. Healing happens in community, and we coregulate with others. You're welcome exactly as you are, cameras on or off.
Compassion. The way you talk to yourself during hard moments matters. This week models something gentler and gives you room to practice it.
Curiosity. Feeling calm isn't something you achieve once and keep. It's something you keep getting to know, and we approach it that way. This week is an invitation to explore your inner world without judgment or agenda.
I'm a trauma-informed Integrative Somatic practitioner who believes that healing happens in community, not in isolation. My work sits at the intersection of nervous system education, holistic wellness, and collective care. I'm passionate about guiding people out of overwhelm and anxiety and into a feeling of broader capacity, calm, centered empowerment, and inner harmony.
The backbone of my work is a mindful, evidence-based approach that integrates with somatic, holistic practices. I’m a Trauma-Informed ICF-certified coach with training and ongoing certifications in Mindfulness & Meditation, Anxiety Support, Grief Counseling, racial and generational trauma, ADHD, and various Somatic Practices, including Hakomi, SSP (Safe & Sound Protocol), Polyvagal Theory, and Yoga for Trauma Therapy.
I am a certified community herbalist and flower essence therapist, and can incorporate astrology and past life regression/Akashic Records into my Transformational coaching to support both healing and personal growth if desired.As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, my work is built on a foundation of inclusion, equity, and care.
